Introducing the New Tenant and Landlord Portal!
The Tenant and Landlord Portal is designed to make life easier for you and your clients. Through this portal, tenants and landlords can access their statements and basic information—no need to wait for or rely on emailed statements. Plus, we’re working on adding some exciting new features in the near future! The old portal will be redirecting to the new address, which serves as the new home for all registered tenants and landlords.


How It Works
Register your tenants and landlords:
Add your clients to the portal, and they’ll automatically receive an email with their username (email address) and a temporary password.Clients set up their accounts:
They’ll follow the link in the email, set a new password, and log in to access their details—simple and straightforward!
Important:
- Kindly update the old address on any of your email or sms templates, so that the tenants and landlords have the new address. You can share the portal link—https://portal.propworx.co.za/—in your emails or SMS communications to give your clients quick and easy access.
- Only registered tenants and landlords will have access to the portal

PropWorx Portals: Register Tenants and Landlords to Portal
Before registering clients, ensure the email address to be registered is correct email for that client. Ensure there is only one email address on the client’s profile before registering. If a client has multiple email addresses, remove the extras, register with the single email, then re-add the additional emails afterward.
- Option 1: Via the File: Click on Admin then Customer file then Tenants or Landlords. On the client card, click on the “Not Registered on PropWorx Portal”.
- Option 2: Via the Contact’s Page: Click on Admin then Contacts then Tenants or Landlords. On the client row, click on the “Not Registered on PropWorx Portal”.
- Note: If a client is linked to multiple properties as a tenant or landlord, they will automatically be registered against all linked files. However, if a client is both a tenant and a landlord on different files, you need to register them separately for each role.
- To unregister a client, repeat the above steps and untick the tick box.
